Pinnacle Aquatics Dive Team is a...???

Training groups are based on ability levels. The coach decides what groups divers are in and when divers “move up” to the next group.

Dive School

Dive School focuses on teaching the basics of diving.

NOTE: Before signing up, students must be able to pass the deep-water test. The head coach will determine the diver’s ability and readiness to move to Dive Team.

Age range: 6-15

Practice attendance: 1x per week

Minimum requirements to move to Dive Team

Dive Team

Dive Team allows divers to begin to harness their diving skills. Students begin building their portfolio of dives and strive to perfect them for competition. Divers in this group can compete in dive meets, where they will begin to build their mental toughness and learn how to compete against other divers.

Age range: 8-17

Practice attendance: 2x per week
