AquaACTIVE Class

This low-impact, feet-on-the-bottom, shallow water exercise program is designed to increase flexibility, strength, range of motion, and cardio health. By using the water as resistance, your instructor will activate different muscle groups to increase your overall fitness. New to exercising in the water, not much of a swimmer, this is a great place to start. Classes are weekly, 45-minutes in length, and take place in the Recreation Pool.


  • Classes are typically Monday - Friday from 10-10:45 AM
  • Class sizes are limited, so you MUST reserve your spot in the class each day you want to participate. Registration opens 24-hours (the day before) the class date.
